Defense in the 21st Century

Bridge lessons You are a defender twice as often as you are declarer and whoever said defense was challenging was right. More tricks are dropped on defense than on bidding and play combined. This class will help you become a confident defender who can find the strengths your partnership holds as well as the weaknesses in declarer's hand.

Come with your partner — or come alone and make new friends! See how quickly you can polish your bridge game.

The bridge program at Newtown Bridge Club emphasizes fun and learning from playing. The Monday morning lessons use experience from playing hands to emphasize teaching points. ACBL Accredited Teacher, Susan Fronapfel, presents the lessons. Refreshments are provided.
