This June, we are hosting our 10th annual fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association. Previously called The Longest Day, its new name is Do What You Love To End Alz.

Our in-person games will be at Edmond Town Hall on Tuesday, June 9, with both 299er and Open games at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Because of scheduling conflicts, we will not be using the gym this year; all games will be in the Alexandria Room and will be capped.

As usual, we will have yummy breakfast pastries and a potluck lunch from 1:00 to 2:00. Please sign up at the club or email lindadalem@gmail.com to let us know that you are playing (morning and/or afternoon) and what dish you are bringing for the potluck lunch. Sign-up is first come, first serve, so if you want to join us on the 9th, please let us know asap!

ACBL will be teaming with BBO with the proceeds from the virtual games on Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28, going to the Alzheimer’s Association. We will have Open online games each of those two days at 10:05 and 2:05.

The entry fee for each of the morning or afternoon 299er or Open games on 6/9 is $15, and the fee for the online games on 6/27 & 6/28 is $10. Anyone who donates at least $100, will play free at any and ALL of our six games!
